How can I see past submissions after the semester ended?

Hello, Icela! If you want to see past submissions in a course (and the course has been concluded) you can navigate to the courses tab on the left-hand global navigation bar once logged into Canvas, and then select "All Courses". Once there, you can scroll down and see all of your past enrollment courses.

As an instructor, you should be able to see your course materials and student submissions. Once in the course, you would view student submissions the same way you normally would. If your institution has settings turned on restricting students from accessing course content after term dates have concluded, students may not be able to see course materials or submissions.
