Hi! I am trying to access video content for my modules and all that shows up is a grey box. This is on an iPad and iPhone.

Are you using Safari (or another browser) on your iPhone/iPad, or are you using the Canvas app?  

Some streaming video services use embedding codes that work fine in standard browsers like Chrome and Safari, but they can't be handled by the Canvas app (which is tailored to work with Canvas content).   If you're using the app, I'd recommend trying to log in with a web browser like Safari or Chrome instead and see if you have the same problem.
