Hi,
We have one student who's getting this error below since February 28 when clicking a link in her course. The link was created using Evolve Link. All other students can access the link except her. The link was working before and there were no changes made on the student's account. We have already tried basic troubleshooting steps and the issue still persist.

I would strongly suggest talking to your Elsevier support folks, as Evolve is not a Canvas product. There is something about that one student's credentials that Evolve does not like, and their support team can troubleshoot that on their end.
