Thanks for that additional detail, @Melissajw . I only asked because I took a look at one of your courses and saw the Blueprint designation on an assignment. This would be best handled by Canvas Support, as they will be able to zero in on a specific course and its assignments. In light of how many possible reasons there are for this, we recommend that you use the Report a Problem option on your global navigation to send a ticket to Canvas Support.
