[ARCHIVED] Trouble making a current course appear on the Dashboard

Somehow a course I am currently teaching no longer appears on the dashboard. When I look at all my courses, it appears at the very bottom in "past enrollment":. I tried to move it up and failed. I tried to click on the star next to it and failed. And it won't allow me to enter any new grade data. And my grades are due today by 5 pm. Can someone please help me since all our university staff are out today?

Hi Rafik -
Without seeing your course and settings, I can only offer a guess. What I think happened is that your school’s term was set by the Canvas Admin, and after a certain day/time, everyone’s courses were concluded for the term. Based on that and other settings, users (students and instructors) have different access rights.
I recommend you send a help ticket to your local Canvas Support team for assistance. (How to contact Canvas Support?)
