[ARCHIVED] Tier 1 Support - English only?

We are new to Canvas and new to Tier 1 support. At our institution we have quite a lot of international students as well as two official languages (English and French). Is Canvas Tier 1 support only provided in English or are there other language options?

 @tammy_yasrobi , although our support team is highly resourceful and consists of skilled communicators, we don't currently offer Tier 1 support in any language other than English.
