[ARCHIVED] Sync to PTP no longer available

We are in the middle of a 9 weeks, and, all of a sudden, our Sync to PTP (power teacher pro) is no longer available. The Grade Sync also is no longer visible. My assignments still show the ability to be sent to SIS system, but there is no option to send them any longer.

Hello @gfaurote and welcome to the Community. My guess is that to get this resolved you are going to need to speak with someone in IT at your institution. At my institution, if any tool integrated into Canvas stopped working like you described, our IT personnel would need to work with the vendor to find a resolution as it likely is some type of error in the two communication. You might be able to get help from Canvas Support (see https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12877-4152719652) but I would suspect they would suggest contacting your IT team as well.
