[ARCHIVED] Students get "no permission" when using link I provided for Conferzoom recording.

I have recorded a Conferzoom meeting and given students the link (posted it on a page in Modules) 

Two students say they have gotten a "no permission" notice and are unable to view the Conferzoom meeting recording. #conferzoom

Hi, Susan,

Have you checked the permissions associated with the video playback in Conferzoom? Some conferencing platforms default video links to not be viewable outside the platform unless you change the setting. See if that idea helps?
