[ARCHIVED] Students cannot see past Submissions/Annotations on the Desktop Version of Canvas Assignments

Only teachers have access to Student's previous submissions and annotations for their assignments. Students can only access past submissions via the Canvas App. I was wondering if that feature was available on mobile, if it should be available as well on the main Canvas Website on desktop?
