[ARCHIVED] Student unable to access assignment

A teacher has come to me for help with an issue and I'm stumped. One and only one of her students is unable to access an assignment in Canvas - it is grayed out for her. All of the other students are able to access the assignment and I double checked for her that everything is published. Suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Hi KaolsonSDLAX, 

I would check to see how the student is enrolled in the course.  If the assignment access date and due dates are set by sections and the student was enrolled differently than the rest (for example a cross-listed course or manually enrolled), then that could be the issue.
