[ARCHIVED] Student's Canvas Google Assignment "Add New Slide"

I have 72 students and 1 student's Google assignments appear blank with the add new slide in the assignment and that is it. We have unauthorized, reauthorize Google Drive, logged into his account from many computers and still receive the same message. The schools IT departments states that I can create a duplicate of the same assignment and assign it just to him to correct the issue. This is a lot of work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
