When I make corrections on an assignment in Speedgrader using the available tools on a .pdf document, students are not able to see my corrections. How do I change this so students are able to see the corrections on an assignment?

The attachment show my corrections in blue.

You can use student view to submit something and comment on it to see if everything is working as intended (How do I view a course as a test student using Student View?). I know how to use the annotated comments in student submissions using DocViewer. How are students to view the annotated comments? Why are students not able to see my corrections?
