Greetings all, Our university is using Canvas for both courses and projects. I would like to know if Canvas is able to create a project email address so that research participants might use the common site email address to ask the questions for the research team.

Canvas is not an e-mail service provider.  You cannot create e-mail addresses within Canvas.  User accounts in Canvas need to have an existing e-mail address tied to them, however, for certain communication methods when taking courses inside the Canvas environment.
