How long can the user be idle before losing authentication or his/her session timeout?

Hi Manuel,

From what I can remember it was 24 hours by default, but if you contact your #csm‌ they can customize the timeout for your institution.

You can't see them. This is something you need to reach out to your #csm‌ for assistance with.
