Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
I noticed today that when you try and upload a video using the screen recorder I am now generating the issue of the upload failing. The error states that my network must be blocking the upload, but there are no restrictions on the network. This didn't happen until we updated to Catalina on our Mac computers. Any thoughts?

I had to do some digging and I went through my cookies an cache and cleared out the information that screen-cast-o-matic was storing and that allowed for the upload to occur.

Please how where you able to clear the cookies, because I've cleared my browser cookies severally and it's not working
