My colleague  @ewander  and I have been designing and presenting on a course that we designed recently that allows students to engage in a choose your own adventure-style course that is student-centered and allows students to select topic areas to choose from to gain breadth of learning in the content. Take a look at our slides if you're interested, and please post your own examples of student-centered learning courses that you've created in Canvas.
