I have a couple of questions about Respondus.

1. When building a QTI file from an imported Word document, is there a way to include question point values in the Word document, or do you have to enter them manually later on?

2. I can't figure out how to include incorrect-answer feedback for multiple-choice questions, or any kind of feedback for true/false questions.

Hi,  @j_l376  and  Welcome to the Canvas Community! I personally haven't used this method, but the instructions for formatting a Respondus-compatible CSV that includes columns for points and feedback start on page 22 of Respondus 4.0 User Guide (Instructure Canvas) .

Hello  @j_l376  Thank You for posting your question.

1. When building a QTI file from an imported Word document, is there a way to include question point values in the Word document, or do you have to enter them manually later on?

The Respondus 4.0 Exam Authoring Tool software does allow you to set a default point value for quizzes that you import into Canvas via that tool.  This is done through the Respondus settings/preferences.  Once you upload a file into Respondus, you can then modify each question's point value individually before telling Respondus to upload the questions into your Canvas course.
