[ARCHIVED] Removing Students

I have removed students from my Canvas role but the system won't let me add them back with an account.  Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Hi  @cdoss  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Many schools restrict teacher permissions for adding users in a course, so you might need to talk to your Canvas Admin at your school. If this permission is not restricted, this guide should help. How do I add users to a course?
