I'm sorry that your question has been sitting out here for a month without a reply. Hopefully by now you've been able to get logged in to your course(s) at your school. Your question isn't one that many Community members would be able to answer, unfortunately, as we only have access to our own school Canvas environments. We don't have access to your Canvas environment or your course(s) in question. You'd want to get help from someone at your school...such as staff from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department...or your instructor. I hope this will be of help.
