Is there a way to keep kids from browsing the internet while taking a quiz in canvas?

Hello there,  @njohnson7  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Yes...there is the LockDown Browser from Respondus:

EduAppCenter - LockDown Browser

It can integrate with your school's Canvas environment.  Your students could still pull out their phones and look stuff up on the internet, so keep that in mind, too.
