[ARCHIVED] Quiz Summary: Multiple Attempts

I had instructor give a quiz.  There are a total of 21 students in the class, and all 21 took a quiz last week.  When I click on Quiz Statistics, the Quiz Summary only shows 15 respondents and their coordinating responses.  The instructor allowed two attempts.  The remaining six used the two attempts, and their responses are not showing up on the Quiz Summary.  Is this the norm?  I thought the Quiz Summary reflected the highest scores when multiple attempts are given?

 @kedgecomb ​, this definitely sounds like a conundrum. I've never heard of this and my only recommendation is to contact Canvas Support (if you haven't already) and see if they can shed some light on what's going on.

Hi  @kedgecomb ​, we haven't heard from you in a while, and are hopeful that you will be able to provide an update from Canvas Support. Inasmuch as this is now in the purview of support--and judging by the lack of other participation, I'm hopeful that it's an isolated case--I'm going to mark this question as "Assumed Answered." Nevertheless, please let us know the resolution if you can!

We are having the same issue where only 20 of 75 attempts are displaying and the quiz allowed for 2 attempts.
