[ARCHIVED] Questions not showing in Kaltura Video Quiz

I have a student who has taken a Kaltura Video Quiz (in Chrome), but the questions aren't popping up. Several others have taken it with no problems, and I have taken it as the test student with no issues.

Is there anything I can to to reset the quiz for her that will push the questions again?

I use these as a method of attendance-taking, showing that they have watched the video.

Me too.  I have Do Not Allow Skip. I have one student able to answer questions 1 and 3  Kaltura skipped question 2 and the student could not go back because there is only 1 attempt.  Every other student was presented all 3 questions.

I am also having this issue. I have a quiz with 5 questions. I originally had do not allow skip selected, but do allow student to go back and change answers. I have one student who answered the first two questions, and watched to the end of the video but clicks on questions 3-5 and nothing appears, so they can't submit the quiz. I have since turned off the do not allow skip option, but it didn't seem to fix the issue.

I am also having this issue with some students seeing the questions and others not seeing any questions. 

Does anyone have any answers on this?
