[ARCHIVED] Questions disappeared from the Question Bank

Question bank. I added questions to a question bank. They appeared to be complete. But when I started building the quiz, the questions were no longer in the question bank. I did this a couple of times before i decided it wasn't just an error in saving on my part. Is there a limit on the number of questions in the banks?

I have also been searching for an answer to this.  How many questions can you create in a quiz bank?  I created questions and then they disappear!
