My profile photo is gone. I don't know what happened. I tried to edit it but still the photo does not appear not matter how I tried replacing my photo. What seems to be the problem?

It's possible that your school has a policy in place to use school-issued photos instead of individuals adding their own personal photos. I'm not sure if that is the case for you, but it's a possibility. You'd need to check with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see what policies they may have in place about that.
