I'm not sure where to direct my question. I am supposed to take a ProctorU exam however when I ran the equipment test I am getting a message that my device is failing the upload speed. Can anyone guide me on where to get help with this issue?

Howdy @roni_query ,
Hope you were able to resolve your problem by now. If not, your best bet would be to contact ProctorU for some tips on potentially improving your connection speed for test-taking: ProctorU.
They may direct you to contact your internet service provider (whomever is providing the internet connection) or suggest seeking a different connection, like at a library etc.
