Celebrate Excellence in Education: Nominate Outstanding Educators by April 15!
Hi, We have recently launched a Canvas space for our staff. Many are eager to use the app on phones and other devices. However, many have noted issues of being repeatedly signed out as well as the app freezing or not opening up pages or documents. Is there anything we can do here?

With the devices that close, are they up-to-date with their operating system (Android or iOS) and the Canvas Teacher app? Sometimes realigning those and/or clearing the cache helps a lot!
If you try these and you still experience the crashing, please reply. The Community can maybe suggest some other solutions.
