[ARCHIVED] Poor resolution on Studio Screen Capture Video Playback

I've switched from my home computer to my work computer to make a screen capture video on Canvas Studio. The video quality of the screen capture is suddenly terrible when I compare it to my other videos. I am no longer able to read medium print on my screen capture, which really ruins my software tutorial. I've made sure that I'm using 720 resolution. I'm not sure what else could be causing the difference. Any ideas?

Hi Adam,
I was running into this issue as well, and was searching for a solution. Then after returning to my videos (approximately 45 minutes later) they were available in a much higher (originally recorded) resolution. So, hopefully for you that works as well. I think maybe studio just uploads a low resolution version quickly for you to watch/post, then after some time the full version becomes available.
