[ARCHIVED] Perusall Integration

We are working with Perusall for one of our lessons on canvas. I have both admin and teacher access to our courses. Some of our students have problems with the integration of Canvas and Perusall. One of them getting the warning of "Your LMS is configured incorrectly; the LMS is not sending the name and email address of the user to Perusall. See our support site for more information about LMS integration." Is it possible to make re-integration for users? 

Also, one of our students get the message of "You already have a Perusall account under the email address on file in your LMS ..." and get a confirmation e-mail. After we accept the confirmation, we still get the same warning message and cannot do anything. Is there a solution for that?

These are probably things that Perusall's support will be able to fix for you, especially the second issue with already having a Perusall account under the email address on file.
