I have a parent with students at 2 different middle schools. I cannot pair her with both students. I can easily pair when the students come from elementary, middle, or high, but not this time. I have tried adding the pairing code myself and using the QR code generated by the student. Neither worked. What am I missing?
She has since created two parent accounts, one for each child. Can I merge the two together?

Never mind. It would not work yesterday, period. Today, worked just fine. 🙄
