My daughter is a first grade student at Montgomery Knolls Elementary School. Beginning Thursday, May 20, I have been getting errors whenever I try to open the assignments for my daughter's school work. As a test, I also tried to open older assignments but those give me error messages as well. I've attached a screenshot for  reference.

I have restarted the computer, logged out and back in multiple times, as well as made attempts on a different browser. I've also made attempts from two different computers.

According to the teacher, no one else in class is having this issue. I've sent e-mails and called the school district but no one has gotten back to me yet and it's getting on two days now.

Anyone have an idea what's going on? Please see screen shot for reference. Any assignment, past or present, gives me the error message seen in the screen shot.

Hi!

I'm really sorry that you're experiencing this. That would be very frustrating! I think it would be worth another try to the school district's technology department. They'll have access to information that the Canvas Community does not. 

The only thing I can think to ask is: are your browsers up-to-date?
