My canvas page is coming up with many blank pages including the set reading page where i cannot find any information. Please let me know how to re-set my account or how to fix it
Hello @lgg28Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thanks for posting your question. Have you tried switching web browser to see if that remedies the issue? In general, you would want to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser...as either of those should give you a better browsing experience when navigating around the Canvas environment. See Which browsers does Canvas support? for additional information. After trying either or both of those browsers, if you are still seeing the issues on your screen, please reach out to the folks at the Canvas help desk so that they can further assist you.
