I can't get any sound on the videos. My sound is up on my computer and in the Instructor's video but no sound on the Canvas videos. I can get sound when accessing through my phone, but not on my computer.
Has this been resolved for you? I am having the same issue. I've tried multiple browsers and made sure everything is up to date. I've watched numerous videos posted in this way and when I tried to watch today, I have no volume. This is any video I try to play that a professor has posted onto Canvas.
I am having the same issue: no audio on videos from within Chrome. It works fine in Firefox. Also, youtube plays fine in Chrome, so it is a Canvas issue. Anyone have a fix?
I had the same issue. In my case, I did press the M key while playing the video and the sound enabled again. It seems that the M key is the mute shortcut. Hope it helps you. Thank you!
