Hi

Im trying to log in to observe my daughters course work.  I can't see anything?  Every time I press any of the buttons to look at her Grades or her course work I get a blank screen.  The only screens that show anything is my profile screen and what she has to do for course work but if you press for further description it's blank again.

I'm sorry you're running into some issues while trying to view your daughter's work. It sounds like you are accessing the course(s) with a browser. Is your browser updated? Is it included on this list: Supported Web Browsers Sometimes an out of date browser causes issues with what is visible on the screen.

If your browser is updated, what do you see if you use the Canvas Parent app?
