[ARCHIVED] New Quiz set date for students to see the answers/results
I have been using the New Quizzes but I want students to have access to the correct answers after a certain date (not just after their attempt). Is it possible to set that up with the New Quizzes (I know it's available with the classic quiz but cannot figure out how to do it with the new quiz).
I have not found a way to automatically set this, but you can go in manually and change the setting after the "show date" you want has passed. This results in me never remembering to change it, but my students are more than happy to remind me!
My faculty are also interested in this - they enjoy this feature on Classic Quizzes (being able to set a date for correct responses to be revealed) and will avoid New Quizzes because it doesn't offer this! Any plans to correct this, Canvas?
Many of us hope for better parity of functions before this inferior product is forced on us, but we are at the mercy of the money changers, and begging is the best we can do right now. Of course we were give a nice bit of blog propaganda telling us to learn that parity stifles innovation........ go figure!
