[ARCHIVED] New Gradebook Reverted

I turned on the New Gradebook in Canvas for all of my courses, and it worked fine for a while. Now in two of my courses the gradebook has reverted back to the old view with the same notification about it  being an outdated version. I have double checked in both courses and the new gradebook option is toggled; in fact, I've turned on fill 0's for all missing scores. I need access to the new gradebook so I can turn that setting off, as it is messing up my sync'd power school gradebook.

I am unable to sync my gradebook until I can get back to the New Gradebook view, so how can I do this? I've tried logging out, clearing my cache, a different browser etc.

 @pritter ,

You didn't say if you tried turning the feature option off and then back on.  You may have to open a ticket with Instructure Support from Help > Report a Problem.
