[ARCHIVED] Music not playing on uploaded slides in Colaborate

We have upload a pptx file for a presentation into Collaborate, in a number of slides we added music, however on Collabrate it doesn't seem to work.

How do we ensure that the music is played on these slides?

Hi Mara,

If you are using Collaborate that is actually a product by a different company (Blackboard) that has been integrated into Canvas for web conferencing.  Since this question is specific to using Collaborate you'll probably want to check their support area. Behind the Blackboard!
