[ARCHIVED] Missing Reply Icon in Outlook

Earlier today, using the Outlook Web App, I responded to two student emails sent from the Canvas Inbox. When I arrived on campus and opened my desktop Outlook app, I noticed that in the Outlook Inbox, those two emails were missing the Reply icon that indicates that I have responded to them. My responses do show up in both Outlook's Sent Items and the Canvas Inbox, so I know the students received them. For what it's worth, recent emails that I've responded to that weren't sent from Canvas do show the Reply icon.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
