My school district cannot help, ICMEE cannot help, and they both directed me to Canvas to fix the problem.  I was struggling to register for my new course and in the process, my two previous classes are missing.  They show up in Canvas as new and all of my work and discussion boards are gone and I can no long access them.  I was on there last week and then the next day after my problems with registering for a new class, they are not showing up as completed.  My new class is there, but I want to have access to my past submitted assignments and I have not heard back from Canvas support in 4 days so I thought I would try this too.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Hi  @blake_candice  Thank You for your question. This sounds like a very frustrating situation.

It also sounds like you have actioned the correct course by contacting Canvas Support. I assume you used the information and process provided here How to contact Canvas Support If it has been a few days since you contacted them it might pay to send them another message. 

In the meantime have you contacted your instructor to see if they can access your work? Perhaps you could use the Inbox built into Canvas to do that. How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student? 

I hope this is resolved for you very soon and that the rest of your studies go well.

Hi Bobby.   Thanks for your advice.  I did ask my instructor too and they could not help.  I sent in another request for help yesterday to Canvas support, but I am still waiting.   Fingers crossed.
