When I try to start a test or quiz and have to use my webam, there is a notification that pops up saying; Error, unable to connect to to Respondus server (AWS), Exam title indicates a webcam must be used, which requires a working connection to AWS. Then it says to run a system check using "help center" in Lockdown Browser. I have a webcam on my laptop but I do not know why it will not allow me to use it. How will I be able to fix this?
