Yes, if you are still using current Classic Quizzes, you can do this using a paid software called Respondus.  I have a write-up here in the Community with all the details: Batch Uploading Quiz Questions with Respondus - Canvas Community.  If you have any questions about the formatting, I'll try my best to help answer.  Hope this helps a bit.
