[ARCHIVED] Is there a way to 'group' different content in commons by 'week' or by 'something else' close to 'week'

Hello all,

e.g.

-- I have 22 outlines that I want to share in commons and they are in order of week 1, week 2 and so on .. week 22.

-- I have 22 or more/less lecture links that are ties to these outlines and I want to share all of them in commons too.

-- I have questions/quizzes that are also ties to the outlines accordingly.

-- and content-type can be endless such as PDF files for reading materials, Excel files, external inks to survey etc etc etc

My questions are:

1. Does Canvas Commons have a way to group them by e.g. week value so that they can easily be search and choose as a 'set' and build as 'Canvas Module'?

    -- e.g. Module 1 with Topic 1 for Week 1 has:

            -- 1 outline

            -- 1 Lecture link

            -- 10 questions

    -- e.g. Module 2 with Topic 1 for Week 2 has:

            -- 1 outline

            -- 2 Lecture links

            -- 20 questions

    -- an so on ......

    -- e.g. Module 21 with Topic 21 for Week 21 has:

            -- 1 outline

            -- 1 Lecture link

            -- 10 questions

    -- e.g. Module 22 with Topic 22 for Week 22 has:

            -- 1 outline

            -- 1 Lecture link

            -- 0 questions

Thanks for your time here.

Hey  @nnordin , you could group them into modules in a course, and then share that module to commons. This would keep the content grouped together. You could name and add tags to the content in commons so it is searchable by what you wish. Would this accomplish what you're after?
