[ARCHIVED] Integration log in

Hi all! We have just set up our integration from JR and am doing a dummy enrolment. I get sent an email as the student to click here to complete the registration process and when I click that it just takes me to the log in page and says please log in to confirm your email. The student won't have a password at this point as their details were sent by the SMS.

Can anyone help??

I'm afraid that it's not necessarily clear what kind of system "JR" is?   Perhaps if you give a little more background, someone here in the community might have information that would help.
