[ARCHIVED] Images not appearing in blueprinted quizzes

We are having issues with images not displaying in quizzes. The images have been uploaded correctly and appear in the blueprint, but sometimes don't show in the associated courses, while sometimes they do.

We are not sure if this is NBN related due to the high demand during covid19 or if it Canvas related.

Any ideas?

Is this happening on a Mac using Safari? There is a known issue:  https://community.canvaslms.com/thread/46875-uploaded-images-no-longer-function-in-safari

?Some students perhaps. However, it was also happening on PC's running Chrome
