I use the same google account for a canvas student account but for the teacher account it does not work.

Hi @mabry08 

Can you explain what it is that is not working for your Google account? For example does it just not authorize or does it tell you the credentials are incorrect?

I am going to attach some Google Drive Trouble shooting steps I am fond of that may help you out. Give them a try and let me know!

I tried that and it is still not working when I try to upload cloud assignments to canvas. I included a screen shot of what it says below.

Thanks for sharing that screen shot. I did some digging around, but what I could find indicated that you will likely want to reach out to Canvas Support. It seems this may be a an issue that occurred before and is resurfacing in some places. It could also just be the result of an LTI copied between courses that did not transition properly.

Will support still work even though I use canvas free for teachers?
