Hello,

Can someone please tell me how to duplicate a question WITHIN a Question Bank so that I can edit it afterwards, without having to re-type the entire similar question as a new question within the same Question Bank ?

Hi  @gmacg  this document shows where you can change your default email address, How do I change the settings in my user account as a student?  Can you follow the steps described to change that default email?  Some institutions do not allow these settings to be changed, but if that were the case for you I would expect the account would have been created with the institution's preferred email address.
