[ARCHIVED] How to best use Canvas for Faculty Learning communities

I want to create a community space where faculty can share ideas and questions within their department or grade as they learn Canvas.  As far as I can tell the best option is for me to create a course that I enroll all faculty in but I'm not sure if it's best to then break up the grades/departments into groups or into sections.  I want them to be able to easily create and share pages/discussions, etc. within their grade/department.

I appreciate and tips.
