 @rbenton ‌, are you a teacher at Salem State? I ask because the Help menu for Salem State lists 24/7 toll free numbers for Faculty Canvas Support and Student Canvas Support, as well as live chat and report-a-problem options. When you're logged into your Canvas instance, click on the ? in the global navigation at the left side of your screen to display those.

It used to be that way. No it only lets me access community forums.

no. We used to have that option , now it is just online forums, even when I trace it down 3 links.

 @rbenton ‌, the resources that display on the Help menu are customized by your school based on their agreement with Canvas. I can see the aforementioned telephone and chat support options on the Help menu, and clicking on the Help link that displays under the login screen also reveals them: Log In to Canvas
