However, when we go to student view it does not show the modules. Only goes to the home page. How can
we fix this is the more important question.

Is the course itself published? Even if the module is published, students won't see the content if the course is not published.
Yes, the course is published. So we’re baffled as to what to do. Hoping you can advise.
Sounds like something is still missing. I'd recommend you call Canvas Standard Support [phone number redacted by Community Team] so a rep can take a look at the course information and investigate as to why this is happening. Good luck!

Hi, rpsimon, I wanted to let you know that we removed the Canvas Support telephone number from your post. The support telephone numbers provided to schools are customized for each school that has purchased that level of support.
Sorry about that, @Stefanie_Sanders! I guess I had no idea that not everyone has access to that support phone number. It was a good couple of months until I discovered that it actually existed. Once I did, I was calling pretty much on a regular basis. The number is on my office phone favorites and my iPhone favorites! lol
