[ARCHIVED] How do I see the full access report for a student?

Is there any way to access the full report of students' activity in a course? Under "Access Report" on the right hand side it shows these categories:

Content	Times Viewed	Times Participated	Last Viewed

I would like to see the information of when a student viewed assignments/quizzes/ etc...

Unfortunately, there isn't really a good way to do more than this - https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10297-415266791 - on the teacher side of things. On the Canvas Admin side of things, they can look up some of this information, but it's not in a great format or user-friendly format.
