[ARCHIVED] How do I address "Playback ticket not valid" in mediasite?

I transferred content from previous courses to the current semester. When trying to access videos in mediasite, a mediasite warning opens on top of the video, stating: "Your playback ticket is not valid for this session." What can be done?
